This unique project used to be JC Penney, then was a government building, and now after completion is an event center in downtown Kingman, AZ. The building was fully renovated inside and out, bringing back the vibrancy of the city and Route 66. It’s now a centerpiece of Kingman.
We stepped in after another contractor wasn’t able to perform. After some creative problem-solving and innovation, we ended up saving the client $50k on the roof alone while delivering a higher quality product.
The easiest route isn’t necessarily the right route. We make sure it’s done right. Our projects are built to last.
