Renovate existing 15,000 sq. ft. inpatient acute crisis stabilization unit to meet Centers for Medicare Services hospital accreditation

Project Challenges:
Extensive and specific licensure and coding requirements

Unit remained in full operation with staff and patients on site during renovation efforts

Isolation of project components to minimize interruptions to client care and maintain safe conditions for staff and patients

Multiple and varied internal and external stakeholder needs throughout project
