Renovate existing 4,500 sq. ft. building to help revitalize Old Town Kingman.  Space was built in early 1900’s and was in an inoperable state.

Return building structural integrity and minimize impact to historical elements.

Demolish and reconstruct roof and ceiling while preserving historical tin ceiling tiles.
